Regulated Companies

Helping IFA’s and Charities to meet their regulatory requirements with full compliance services

IFA’s, Charities, Cooperatives and Community Interest Companies have specific filing and regulatory requirements, adding complexities to their operations.

Cunningtons can help to guide you through the requirements placed on these regulated organisations.

We bring extensive experience of working with regulated bodies, including the FCA and the Charity Commission, through statutory audits, CASS audits, charity and related audits or independent examinations and SORP reporting.

The rules can be confusing, and it is not always obvious if an audit is required or, when it is, what type of audit; we can help establish the exact requirements. Even where a statutory audit isn’t necessary a Client Money (CASS) Audit, an Assurance Report, or an Independent Examination may be needed.

Where there is no statutory or regulatory requirement an audit can still be helpful, providing reassurance and peace of mind to stakeholders and pointers to improved performance and efficiencies.

We have considerable experience delivering quality, relevant audit and assurance reports.

With our in-depth understanding of the various rules and how they can impact on your company we tailor our work to your needs, whilst ensuring compliance.

We are also able to advise on relevant aspects of the tax regime including VAT, Gift Aid, and charitable trading companies.
